This helped me so much today. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I was challenged as to how I could serve my clients if I'm in a state of anxiety. Thanks to this video I now know that learning how to reroute my anxiety is key. Because ultimately it will help me be more authentic and present for those who I coach. Excellent information!!

Ohhhh my first experiences of anxiety were as a kid. Family dramas, caused me anxiety so I would "hide quietly" in my bedroom and as someone doing her best to step up, anxiety naturally being triggered in many ways including promotion, standing out, being noticed as a coach, I still want to "hide in my bedroom". And often do. I'd not realised that. Thankyou for insight

Breathe, Ground, breathe. Then your cerebral cortex can come back on line. Then you can implement the other techniques ( medit ate, walk away, respond appropriately). Love the preparation you have to set up for when the anxiety is triggered.
