What are your thoughts on Bentonville, AR. Home of Walmart. They have clients coming in from all over world. It’s the mountain biking capital of world. All companies that partner with Walmart must have an HQ set up within 50 miles of Bentonville. Walmart is building one of the largest campuses in the world currently and will be finished by next year. Thoughts?

Excellent question! often a hidden error if you're calc revenue without understanding if it includes cleaning fee or not. I ignore cleaning fee bc it doesn't matter. Airbnb even removed it from pricing. A guest doesn't care how total price breaks down, only about total price
An airbnb that only has 1 bedroom or is a studio is not only in competition with other airbnb’s but with hotels as well. Having a 3+ bedroom home almost automatically takes hotels out of competition as hotels are less economical for groups of that size and they also inherently don’t have privately shared group spaces that airbnb’s (specifically single family homes) do.
@@j.bank_ are there so many groups traveling i have 2 bedroom apartment in the most popular mountain location 60% of bookings are couple or 2 people... and for 3 4 bedrooms occupancy is low ...on papper it sounds great but is there such high demand from groups ?
