What are your thoughts on Bentonville, AR. Home of Walmart. They have clients coming in from all over world. It’s the mountain biking capital of world. All companies that partner with Walmart must have an HQ set up within 50 miles of Bentonville. Walmart is building one of the largest campuses in the world currently and will be finished by next year. Thoughts?
If you don’t you’ll leave some money on the table because prices update automatically, you can do it manually but it won’t be as effective for the day to day
In this case, it's absolutely acceptable to share a negative review as you are simply being honest. Honest reviews are crucial for all platform users, as they inform renters about what to expect and remind hosts of the repercussions of withholding recurrent problems they have been notified from guests in their listing descriptions. If they do not want a future negative review rectify the problem.

An airbnb that only has 1 bedroom or is a studio is not only in competition with other airbnb’s but with hotels as well. Having a 3+ bedroom home almost automatically takes hotels out of competition as hotels are less economical for groups of that size and they also inherently don’t have privately shared group spaces that airbnb’s (specifically single family homes) do.
@@j.bank_ are there so many groups traveling i have 2 bedroom apartment in the most popular mountain location 60% of bookings are couple or 2 people... and for 3 4 bedrooms occupancy is low ...on papper it sounds great but is there such high demand from groups ?
I use the Schlage Encore WiFi deadbolt. Super easy to install, each cleaner, co-host, exterminator, Culigan man, etc has their own specific code, SET BY ME. I get notifications each time the deadbolt is opened, or even touched (has a tamper mode.) In fact, the house is very “air tight” meaning, even when someone opens the BACK door, the pressure moves the front door slightly and I get notifications, essentially having “door monitoring” on BOTH doors, emergency battery backup. I would highly recommended!!! Ps. And I live 1,900 miles away from my air bnb.
Great video -- but man it was a little difficult to hear you plug and sell your products after every 10-15 sentences. I understand the hustle, but as a marketer myself it was a little over saturating to hear you plug so often.

I’m a very new host, and so I’m still making improvement tweaks to my listing as I learning. I’ve noticed a couple of times when I added a photo or changed the listing copy that I’ve gotten a couple bookings within hours? Having said that it could very well be that the improvement was the reason.either way it’s working….been live for not yet 2 weeks and am fully booked til mid September and have 4 5-star reviews 😊
i am having a very bad experience with guesty for host. they sold me a 12 months plans when they knew they were not updating and maintening the system. i feel i got cheated
Thanks! I’m just a couple weeks in managing my first STR. Having trouble figuring out the BLT. I checked AirDNA and it says it’s 30 to 60 days which seems pretty broad. How would I determine the BLT as a new STR?
