Love the Hosstile athletes already. Samson seems to embody the spirit of the brand: no BS, hard ass work. I'll be ready for you to sign me up in about 50 more pounds so 5-10 years (or so). :-)

Samson was a new face for me this year, one to watch for sure! I'm curious why no full negatives on the seated bicep curl. Is it because it hits too much forearm rather than keeping the tension on the bicep?

Tension, he’s keeping constant tension on the bicep, your bicep isn’t working at the bottom

Excellent Sampson ... I just got off a Bro - Split and now i am back to my original program ... I have bi's and tri's in a superset as well - warm -up single arm cable curls - bi's rope pulldowns - tri's 3 sets 20 t0 25 ... warming joints and pushing blood working sets - consist of 3 sets 11 - 13 ( on last set drop the weight by half and double the reps : Seth Set it is called - reference Seth Feroce ... killer ) single arm kickbacks with long rope ( from jon meadows ) tri's Olympic bar seated preacher curls - bi's z-bar overhead skull crushers - tri's hammer curls ( the victor martinez way , bent over supported - takes the shoulder out of play ) overhead rope pulls - tri's seated wide preacher curls - bi's narrow grip bench - focused on tri's pushing the weight spider curls with z-bar glad you landed with Hoss ... you have been through a lot and you are really digging out your place among the IFBB Pros man ..... much respect .... hang in there and good luck with the next 2 shows .... you have def put in the work - mentally , physically and emotionally ..... Peace

Just was looking at my post....and I meant to say it is a 3 set session....and on your 3rd set hit 11 to 13 ....then drop the weight by half and do 22 to 26.....that is the killer part of the set and really taxes the muscle group....keep attention to strict form .....sorry for any confusion.....watched Jon meadows do this....killer...
