Love the coleslaw recipe. Before cooking any of beef or chicken, especially in a crock pot, I spray the meat with an olive oil. That really cuts the calories of a drizzled oil yet seals in the moisture and makes sure the seasonings adhere. Great recipes! You've inspired me to put a chicken in the crock pot tomorrow.
Love crock pot whole cooked chicken as you do...One hint to make the carrots taste sweet---wash and not peel the carrots. Just give it a try some time. Thanks for sharing.
Ugh!!!! I was so excited to try the Butter Chicken! So excited that I completely forgot that I’d be cooking it in the Crock Pot, and here I am, about to start a VERY late dinner at 8:30 pm!!!! 🤦🏻♀️ What temp., and for how long could I cook this on the stove? Gosh, the whole point of me following this recipe was BECAUSE of the ease of the Crock Pot! Thanks so much.

Love Indian food, although I don’t care for the lingering smell of dinner, after dinner and this one’s a lingerer 😂 I make butter chicken a couple of times a month, it’s that good ❤ Happy travels 🤗
When I have a dish that calls for sour cream I take out the amount I need and let it come to room temperature that way when I add it to a hot dish it won’t curdle. Maybe you can do the same with Greek yogurt.
Or you can cut a day old baguette in half and put that on the bottom of a buttered or sprayed crockpot and let the chicken juices drip all of their goodness on to the bread. Sweet Mama. It will make you cry. If you want it crisper stick it under the broiler!
