i used to have a therapist in westwood for three years and i gotta say anna is sometimes way more creative and humorous about opening up to the world about different psychological issues/barriers than my paid-therapist ever was. i remember we covered this concept about not being able to control what others feel, say, and think about us during how to deal with social anxiety disorders because some of us are just too afraid to come out and explore the world because of these uncontrollable issues. i think anna can be a really good therapist one day but she seems happy doing what she does on youtube so i'm not complaining. if anything, thank you so much for your free therapy sessions and i'll for sure be rooting for her passionate music career. lets go anna!

Nice nod to mythology. The only thing wrong was the Fates didn't have one eye, that trait belonged to another Greek trio, the Graea, old witches who helped Perseus find the Gorgon, unwillingly, after he threatened to destroy the one eye they shared. The Gorgons were also their sisters.

All we can do is authentically show up as the gorgeous, brilliant and humble people we are.

I try to stay away from these things that I cant control. Dont ever ask people what they think abt you or feel. They’re gonna say I dont think about you at all And what they say. They say whatever makes them look good
