Hi there, we are Eva & Sean Harrison.
A married couple that has overcome retroactive jealousy, ROCD and general relationship anxiety. This came at the right time. I was fighting lot its intrusive thoughts tonight even though lately I've been doing good not giving them attention. But i gave one too much thought and ended up spiraling all night into several others thoughts. I am more calm now and need to remember they are just thoughts and can't hurt me. Thanks for the video ☺️
