I hate to ask this Question but you do have a Snippet,? Of this Releaesed and not just a Short, Correct? By Snippet, I mean a 3 or 4 minute Video going into more detail than this. Started waking up at 430 to hit the gym before work. It’s had a complete chain reaction in my day. I eat better, I have more energy, I get way more done, I’m happier, my relationships are better and I’m currently pursuing additional ways to make money. Crazy how one little change makes such an impact.

@@danielashman1753 it's bad only if you consume it as soon as you wake up. This is according to Andrew huberman and other experts. Cortisol levels are high when you wake up, and coffee increases our cortisol levels even more. So it's best to wait around 90 mins.

I've been a night shift worker for most of the last 20 plus years and much prefer it to working a day shift and having to get up early. All getting up early ever did for me was to make me constantly sleepy. I can't relate to these people who actually want to get up before it's even daylight. Do they go to bed at 8:00 PM before it even gets dark? I think they're insane.

⁠@@Mmmmkaaaynah. I tried several techniques for years. It’s all about your sleep. If you don’t sleep enough, uninterrupted, it works (even without the 90 mins threshold). However, when you are in your 40’s, it’s rarely you can get a minimum of 6 hour uninterrupted sleep (barely can get 4). If you have the time to test not drinking coffee for 2 weeks (usually you’ll take naps during the day; hence “the time available”), you’ll get a probability of sleeping better which in turn gives you better energy for the morning. Anyway, that was my results over years and years (trial and error, repeating to check whether it was just a fluke). Last time that I can recall that I really didn’t need coffee was before going to the university. But hey, I have a friend that sleeps late, and does not drink coffee at all. Rarely sometimes he tells me he’s low on energy. So yeah, it works different for everyone imo.

When You working 5-6 days tired, always wake up from alarm 6am. When You finally get the dayoff, You want to just relax in bed finally. 1 or 2 days a week. And even that You're saying is evil. Lmao Easy to say when You live life on easy mode and You're excited to wake up and do what You want to do.

Most of us like our privacy and some people lice in 1st floor apartments, plus that doesn't work for people with unusual schedules. What does work though is either get a special lamp that gradually comes on to wake you, but they can be pricey, or go the cheap route and buy a timer to which you plug in a very bright lamp that will come on at a set time.

I’ve fallen into this trap. It’s so hard to get out of it. I think I would be better off without a phone. It’s basically become a vital organ that gets overused. This is where discipline comes into play. Geez…I need to get my shit together. I think making a schedule with time frames would help immensely. These things aren’t foreign to me either. I’ve done them before but I’ve lost them somewhere along the way. Where? I cannot say. It’s crazy how fast we can lose ourselves and can’t even recall how we got to this point.

Exercising and meal planning/making healthy good foods really helps schedule my days personally . Whenever I’m in rut it’s cos I’m eating bad and not exercising . Genuinely believe physical training and a good diet is the cure for depression

I'm generally an extremely active personality, however that frustratingly conflicts with my life long chronic pain/illness that hits me whenever it feels like it. I would LOVE to have a regular morning schedule but when my body tells me "HELL NO"! I have to iknowledge that or else I push my body beyond what it can handle at that time, causing me even more pain and stress in the long run.

As someone who did this not too long ago, I can say he is absolutely correct. I have recently made a routine to follow, and I am trying to follow it no matter what. I've become more productive than when I didn't have the routine. I just hope the productivity keeps increasing.

I started waking up at 0500 going for a 90 minute walk every day, not drinking coffee until 0700. Completely changed my perception of the day. I am more focused with work, and I have such a positive mental attitude when facing problems at work. Something to be said about it to be honest

I can actually testify that the light in the morning works. When I wake up I turn all my lights on and just force myself to look at my bright room while laying in bed for like 5minutes in a meditative manor, kinda boosts my energy faster to get the day going stronger.

Take this with a grain of salt people. It’s okay to sleep in on a Saturday and scroll a little bit. 3 hours straight? No. But people love telling you that anything other than exercise and hiking is horrible for your physical and mental health, even though they themselves scroll in the morning too

I have the good reasons imo, i don't scroll mindlessly because I watch useful educational videos. They wake me up and keep me from going back to sleep. Also I don't use curtains anymore I let myself wake up from natural light, it's so amazing once you get used to it. And then I'll do Wim Hof breathing and get out of bed and into my tub outside for a cold bath.

As a Muslim we wake up during fajr prayer which is around 5-6 am depending on the season basically right before sunrise, pray and thank god, after that I personally don’t sleep I start my day stretch exercise do some computer work eat atound 11 handle errands etc

My morning routine consists of: Getting up at 6am using the Sleep Cycle app (very good) Make a drink (uncaffinated) Deep work until 7am Go to the gym Finish by 8:15am Drink coffee when I get to work Honestly changed my life, meditation and visualisation too. Amazing benefits.

you wake up, you get up your body is saying time. On really cold days I will sleep longer as the 4-6 cold air days a year gives me asthma. Just means i start around 9:30, i can start work at 6:30 on another day no big deal. Gave up coffee a few years ago as well.

I've almost always worked night shifts as do millions of people so I don't care about his bullshit advice about what to do early in the morning. For me getting up early period is bad for your health and leads to sleep deprivation. Everyone would be much better rested if work shifts didn't start until Noon. Personally I wake up at 2:30 PM everyday.

I have a loft bed, meaning I need to climb down a ladder to get off my bed. I have nothing to grab beside my bed, in order to get anything other than a pillow or a blanket I need to climb down the ladder. It forces me to wake up a lot of the time.

My morning routine: 1. Wake up no later than 7:30. 2. Brush my teeth, wash my hair and face, moisturize. 3. Making myself a cup of coffee. 3. Sit down and try to be present in the moment. 4. I do 20 minutes exercise. 5. Read a little bit. 6. Go to work.

I like you a lot. But the term manopause has been around many years and it coincides with late life...not quarter life. I would bet the farm that your mid 20s wall has more to do with nutrition. If you're taking supplements...some elements deplete other CRITICAL elements. You will not be helped by a regular MD on this. You need a holistic doctor. Many are also classically trained. Thanks for considering this. I genuinely care about you...and men in general. ❤🎉😊

I get up early 4:30-5:00am. But do as HubMan says and I boil the water for coffee, scroll through RU-vid for my motivational background noise, get side tracked on shorts, make coffee, let dogs out, get my dabs set up, drink coffee, watch shorts, take dab, morning poop, then i start my run at 7am. But the kicker is I’m confused why that routine took me two hours to get me alter and ready for my run.

Wait at least an hour minimum, preferebly 2 or more hours before having caffine, your body runs on a type of adrenaline the first few hours after waking, having coffee too early disrupts the natural processes of the mind and body

It’s not our fault that life has developed so many countless distractions and poisons that we’re constantly bombarded with… BUT, it is entirely our fault if we make matters worse by not engaging in the natural biological human design as much as possible once you’re aware. My entire life I had severe communication problems, almost like I was slightly autistic, but then made things way worse with drugs(especially psychedelics)and alcohol, unfortunately. I became extremely suicidal, saw shadows, heard voices, became emotionless, hopeless, soul-less… But.. I turned allll of that around and now feel better than I ever have in my life. This happened by aligning my life with the rhythms and substances of life/nature by the power of the Spirit. According to outdated materialist mainstream science I shouldn’t be okay and should definitely need medication. But according to Spirit, nature and the sciences pertaining to natural healing, epigenetics, neuroplasticity, frequency medicine, etc.. you can not only change the genetic programs of your DNA, but rewire your whole nervous system, restructure the brain, and even manifest things on metaphysical levels. What Andrew is saying is very valuable foundational stuff!! When we tune our instruments properly, we play much better music. In fact, the word “organ” means instrument originally. And technically speaking every cell is considered a type of organ, which also has small “organs”. The more allllllll of our instruments are tuned to the highest order, the better the structural integrity is of the system. Energy precedes the form and produces the cymatic, structural integrity of the form that manifests. If the energy is weak, the form is weak. We can increase energy by developing form(habits) with our circadian rhythms, then in turn that increased energy will allow you to per-form better. Also, as a skateboarder, this mindset has helped me skate and learn in my head even before I do it in real life. I do it with everything, but that shows me the quickest result of that principle at play. Anyways, I know this was a long narrative, but I genuinely hope it helps someone out there 🙏
