Watching the Whatever podcast women want a 6'5" man with 2 million or so a year income maybe more. And has to be ok with them (the woman) being obese, have no skills, look at best a 5 or 6, and being held to any responsibility is ick.

"That is the number one purpose in life, is to better oneself." -David Goggins
There was exact same episode on the Star Trek Next Generation! Where Jean Luc Picard got captured by alien probe. He was unconscious for 15 minutes and lived a life of 80 yrs. Any trekie will know this episode, “The Flute”
We like to hear and watch crime and mystery stories, because it’s good to know that we are in a better situation that the people in the stories. I had a really bad experience when I got divorced and I lean a lot on those stories because I knew that I was still good or better in my situation than in theirs
On the extremists, you need to look at the Overton Wimdow. The left has used their extremists to pull the country left. When JFK is now considered pretty conservative, it shows you how far we have moved.
A waiter at a dennys i use to go to, he lived around the corner from Dahmer and knew one of the guys he killed. He said nobody in that neighborhood knew or had an inkling of what he was up to or doing
I come from an ancestry of dozens of heavy raging alcoholics from my father side, my mothers grandfather even owned and operated his own brauerei in Germany. Strangely enough It almost seemed to me all the alcoholics' from my relatives cancelled itself out with my disposition to avoid it for years then go for awhile to abandon it again. I do alcohol it to quell my indigestion which makes the stomach feel better.
One of my Psychs got me to do this and it is different and worked for a while but I found more thinking is NOT the answer. Also, I can have feelings that do NOT arise from thoughts. I can be unmotivated or want to self-harm or be violent at the drop of a hat for no reason. I just think today is all anyone has yesterday is gone tomorrow may not happen so make the most of it this is after watching a Monk explain life. At 60 this seems to help the most.
The leading theory on why exercises that are more difficult in the stretch position cause more hypertrophy is because of increased regional muscular recruitment. Let me explain. Exercises that are harder in the top third, or partials, preferentially bias the proximal parts of a muscle (closer in proximity to the center of the body). The stretch position exercises recruit the proximal regions AND the distal regions (further from the center of the body). So all else being equal, the stretch position exercise will simply just stimulate MORE of the muscle. (Don’t come at me with stretch position exercises cause a stretching mechanism of growth, the ranges of motions in those exercises are not long enough to fully elongate the muscle).
If you don’t believe me, next time you do leg extensions, only do the top third, tell me which part of the muscle you feel. Then add a yoga mat to the leg extension and go as deep as possible and tell me how you feel.
the interviewer was so annoying like dang who’s supposed to be answering the questions ?? trynna finish his sentences n stuff.. as if he trynna prove he knows jus as much as him like stop 😩
I can honestly say that intelligence is #1 for me, and second to that is ambition/drive. Looks and money are not a huge priority above a reasonable standard or threshold (as in they have to look like a regular dude and have regular human hygiene etc and be around my reasonable level of financial stability).
Is there a 20 year old alive who isn't an insufferable, self-absorbed prick, at times? Prefrontal cortex isn't fully wired into the lower brain until about age 25...which is why insurance companies age-discriminate because the executive function of the human brain is what helps people consider consequences BEFORE action.
This feels like a rehash of An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge...a short story I read in high school in the 80s. Great read for anyone who's interested.
