Idk what’s going on with me, I’ve been to multiple doctors, had ultrasounds and bloodwork done, everything comes back normal but my cycles are irregular and they’ve been that way my whole life I use to get a period once every 3 months when I was 12-16, once I got older it was once every other month, now I’m in my 30s it’s coming every month but it last 10-14 days then in between it will stop for 3 days, start again and I’m not getting any answers. I never know when to track ovulation but when I do all negative.

I was diagnosed with PCOS a few months ago so I was put on metformin. But my periods don't seem too irregular. Sometimes my cycle is 28-35 days depending. Last cycle was like 60+ days which was really odd. I don't have access body hair either so it's like I don't have a lot of the symptoms but still have PCOS.. Been trying for almost 2 years, so hopefully we get pregnant soon with a healthy baby ❤

Ok so Doctor or anyone here, I have PCOS, got pregnant and had my baby using letrozole. About a year later, went in for a regular checkup and my doctor noticed i had a high liver enzyme and fatty liver (I'm over weight, obviously , have PCOS) . I wanted to TTC again and my obgyn will not put me on letrozole because it can cause liver damage, and I already have a messed up liver now. What is an option for someone like me? I exercise and try to eat healthy, weights not coming off, even took weight loss pills prescribed by my doctor, am I just doomed? I've been using an ovulation predictor kit and I don't think I'm ovulating just based on my frequent testing. Fertility meds are not an option because of my liver, is there hope??? Looking for advice from anyone who has been through a similar scenario.
