Don't fight with sleep, agar nind aati hai toh, 10 min ka alarm lagao aur Power Nap lelo (but study table pe hi sirf, if don't have then on anywhere except bed), aur jese hi alarm baje without wasting even 1 second, uth jao and muh dho lo. Actually Woh nind nahi hoti, your brain is asking for break (if you have completed 7 to 8 hours of sleep) And if you think, you're feeling distracted listen, the songs of "Imagine dragons" these are not motivational but will trigger your emotions!
