Hello Karen!! I’m from New York.. My hair has been coming out recently but I have been having some health issues.. I just had brain surgery so with that happening I believe it’s been the medications that I’ve been taking recently.. I need help..
Thank you for this useful information. Much appreciated. Can you please do a video on tips on how to maintain a healthy scalp and what products can and should not be applied directly to the scalp. I try to was my hair every 7-10 days. I have very dry itchy scalp, and feel that It's one contributing factor to healthy hair/ new growth. I look forward to hearing your advice 🙏🏿🕊️♥️👑
Sorry I missed the live. Happy New Year 🎊 🎉 I’m from a suburb of Los Angeles, CA., your hair looks fabulous. Believe it or not no hair challenges this year. I’m happy with the health of my hair, regiment and products.
I have been natural for 5 yrs now however I was going to my stylist every two weeks to get my hair done, I decided I want my hair to be more curly so I got a wave nouveau and it took out my hair, so I decided to wear my hair in it natural state. No blow drying no curling it just plain natural state so I am new to this. So I have to get the moisture into my hair because I am low low porosity. I have been getting a lot of tips from you and I want to thank you I don't want to use a sponge to get curls I would like to get my natural curls to pop what can I do and what are your thoughts on the sponge
Hi Ms Karen I have 2 questions: first is I've never colored or chemically treated my hair so does it change from low porosity to high porosity automatically, and my second question is I use to shampoo weekly and I was told to change to every10 - 14 days because weekly shampooing was to much for gray hair is that true. After 7-10 days my scalp is starting to itch because I have to moisturize my hair every 2 days. I am natural and more salt than pepper and my hair is medium to high density with a coarse and wiry texture and a cottony feel.
Hey there! Oils are not necessary protein or moisturizing, but they certainly help to lock in moisture as they coat the hair strand -- increasing moisture retention. Some of my favorite for jojoba oil (top one), castor oil (its heavy so if you have fine hair stay away from it).
I found out that my scalp does not like anything on it but shampoo. So even when I moisturize hair, because my hair is to my shoulders when I wrap my hair up, the product from my hair and scarf eventually gets on my scalp so then my scalp flares up, itches and even gets sores in some areas but my hair needs moisture or a sealant or it’s dry so I don’t know what to do anymore. I need my scalp happy for my hair to be happy but my hair can’t be happy without moisture and sealants. Please help!!! Andddd
One wash day my hair was low porosity then the next wash day it was high. I don’t know what products to buy nor how to moisturize because my hair won’t tell me her porosity. I’m a big mess please help me
