these stories make me realize how incredibly lucky i’ve been on dating apps. i used to always send people my address and leave quite late at night with no one but a friend knowing. even tho it was a year ago, i’ve realized how dumb that was. and haven’t done it again

When I used to date I had no trouble with dating apps either but that was in the 2000s early 2010s. Dating isn't for me but I never ran into crazy people

I had a similar experience where I met a guy on okcupid and he wanted to set up a coffee date. We both met at a Target parking lot and he was going to drive us to the spot, but I told him I would rather follow behind just to feel safe in my car. After about 15mibs of driving I noticed we were in a residential neighborhood. I pulled over to text him "where are we going?" He stopped a bit ahead of me. He didn't answer and I felt a weird feeling about the whole thing. I backed up and turned around to just go home and I saw in the rear view that he just drove off. I think he was leading me to his place or something.

Sorry but like all these stories make me mad 😂 like especially like the second story and third story like if someone keeps pressuring you to take him out to take you out and getting your apartment don't you think that's a little bit weird the third story why would you ever trust someone, taking you into the woods and lying i would've jumped out the car . Always meet up halfway in a public restaurant where you were seen always have your location on with your family members or your siblings tell them where you're going like come on now 😅

It shouldn't. An actual gentleman doesn't need to tell them they are a gentleman, they just need to be one. I would be concerned if I was talking to someone and they just went on about how other guys act and how they act so differently. So just remember to show your dates that you're one and you'll be fine.

Once again I’m never disappointed. Why does everyone think constantly that someone’s trying to kill them? #1 he drove the long way so he automatically wanted to murder, it was a date and they rode a longer way. You know maybe he wanted to spend time.. y’all watch to much crime stuff

He drove that way bc he was hoping to get laid (based on his approach & disappointment at the restaurant). But to not assume something bad could happen if u find urself at the mercy of a complete stranger, is a little naive don't u think? I know for me personally, I'd think something's off too, especially w his lil joke about not having a shovel in his trunk. Maybe u haven't had any close calls in ur life, but I know I have! It's not bc of crime shows, which are based on real crimes, btw. Which means bad things do happen all the time to unsuspecting ppl. I think it's just smart to be on guard & aware of ur surroundings when ur not in control of a situation, especially if ur at a physical disadvantage.
