cardamom/ elichi powder................... 1/4 tsp
ghee/clarified butter........................... 2 tbsp
chocolate ragi and dates ladoo
Dates/ khajoor.......................................400g / 2 1/2 cup
ragi/ nachani/ finger millet flour.........100g/ 1/2 cup
unsweetened cocoa powder.................50g/ 1/4 cup
almonds............................................... ...20g/ 20-30
cashew................................................... 20g/ 20-30
walnuts................................................... 20g/ 20-30
ghee/clarified butter..............................1 tbsp
Coconut ragi and dates ladoo
dates/ khajoor....................................400g/ 2 1/2 cups
ragi/ nachani/ finger millet flour.....100g/ 1/2 cup
Desicated coconut..........................50g/ 1/4 cup
almonds............................................... 20g/ 20-30
cashew................................................. 20g/ 20-30
pistachio...............................................20g/ 20-30

ragi is a type of cereal grain. It is also called as nachani/ finger millet and it is gluten free loaded with lots of protein, calcium and minerals.. These days ragi flour is very easily available in local supermarkets.
