Milwaukee wisconsin Uncle passed. No wife no kids. Two ants. One Niece This would be me. One uncle in california that we believe is deceased that we cannot find. one older cousin who stepped Over me to be the head of this. No will.

Milwaukee wisconsin. We are at the end. But the cousin who is over the estate. Her mother is one of the ants. They do not wish to split the money equally. This is not a big estate. So what I feel they are trying to do now is itemize everything. I have been asking for receipts. So I was the one who stepped in to sell the house. As well as a boat. I asked for closing documents on both. I've asked for bank statements. Four 2021,22,23 Because I know that the money they're going to issue out in the next three weeks will not be right. How do I protect myself. I am willing to pay. For whatever reason. My attorney. I asked to retrieve this information for me. She states. That the other attorney just does not reply back. I asked them why did they stop looking for my uncle. As we all believe he has deceased.. Can I get an answer back. I am just trying to make sure. But at this time I have a way to protect myself.
