Easy way to get rid of any fish smell is to put a bowl filled with white vinegar on the countertop- sometimes I use two bowls filled with just 1/2 cup of vinegar.

Yeah totally air fryer has been very helpful when I'm traveling in a foreign country for a lengthy period of time and don't feel like dining out.

Thanks! I, too, haven’t seen salmon skinned like that. I already do versions of 1 and 3, but can’t wait to try the 2nd recipe. It’s like spicy teriyaki salmon bites. The only change I would make, and I do this myself, is adding cherry tomatoes to the salmon sheet pan dinner. They get nice and yummy cooked and the acidity is a nice contrast to the salmon and they also add to the nutritional benefits.
