I love the straight forward simplicity of this sometimes these kinds of suggestions get overwhelming so I got really good at being aware of my thoughts but I'll add this to complete my coping tools I suffered a bad stroke on the right side on a long journey to recovery my mental health is the biggest part of my recovery to keep going
I'm glad you are aware of your thoughts. That's the hardest part is to be aware and then we can work on changing perspective. I'm sorry but be hopeful... you can get out of chronic flight & fight. Daily practice, noticing and redirecting thoughts and daily guided visualizations help!
