As a Taiwanese person, I love that I can see parts of my culture in the way Inga cooks. Little things like how she uses black sugar and garnished with chilies and cilantro really make me miss my mother's cooking :)

In Mexico they almost always put kalhua in it. I only see it on menus at sushi restaurants, and totally thought it was a mexican thing, not being traditionally japonese, and I’m now pleasantly surprised

I just watched the show and Bucky reminds me of someone that I can't point out, but for some reason I keep thinking it might be Andrew, who I don't think look that much alike. Seeing someone else thinks the same, I believe it's the attitude or the body language, like his intense stare or something.

In the Philippines about 3 PM is also a snack time! (Well actually every between meals is a snack time here) we call it "Miryenda" sounds like a Spanish word for me idk

I like to add coffee and a bit of Mexican chocolate to my Japanese curry! It really adds more depth to the flavor and somehow tones down the spice level. I think it actually gives the spice something to hold onto.

TBH, I was kind of confused when Adam said it was a lazy version, but when I saw what he meant I was like, "Oh... wait that's not lazy I make it like that!!!" I'm a 13 yr. old Muslim - so I don't drink alcohol - and whenever I make tiramisu I always make it eggless and alcohol free. The recipe I use is by a channel called Fuzz&Buzz

I Have to have my Ice coffee every day. I make it myself. I pour a little cold weather in a tall glass, And add a teaspoon of instant coffee, and let it brought for a while. Shake it and add your favorite taste. Shake again, and fill up with milk of your choice. ENJOY 😉 👍✨

Making a tiramisu has been on my to-do list for sooo long but i was always scared of messing up with the egg whites (having done so before in another recipe) so Andrew's tiramisu gave me inspiration. Watched the video only a few days ago and made my tiramisu this way and it turned out so good. Thanks for the motivation.

I add leftover reduced coffee to my barbecue rubs. basically if you reduce some coffee down to a near syrup consistency and then add your sugar, worcestershire, and other saucy ingredients, you've got something special because the coffee brings a welcomed bitterness and it boosts the tangy qualities of any vinegars or acids that you bring in. Which in a fun way, brightens the sweetness that you put in. Cooking is all just a balancing act of flavors. Coffee is a fun ingredient to play with.
