Hey guys, just wanted to tell you where I am at on week 3 post op from my gastric bypass surgery. I believe I hit that dreadful stall :(

I'm in week 3 and have been stalled for a week now. It's SO frustrating, but I'm just going to try to trust my tool!

It is frustrating but yes believe me trust the process! I stalled again a few weeks after! Just make sure get your protein and water intake!

Same i had lost 25lbs the first week then 3lbs the next week by week 3 nothing in at week 7 now and have lost 42lbs collectively

You've lost 15 pounds!! .. That's great!! .. Don't be discouraged. You look thinner and that is just a temporary plateau you hit. Your weight loss will accelerate again. :o)

Omg I’m in the 3-week stall now for 7 days 😢 I feel so defeated I’m eating regular food at the point and don’t want to starve myself
