Gastric Bypass Pre Op Diet Part 1! Days 1-10 

Goooood morning all of you beautiful humans!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😇😇😇

Congratulations on your new journey I had my surgery 6/18 mine pre op diet was like yours I did a protein shake for breakfast & lunch and I'd do a protein and a veggi and a salad for dinner, but in the between that I was sippin on broth all day long, I'd season that broth up and it was a life saver!! And those sugar free popsicles were my lil sweet treat that better than bullion is the bomb that was the game changer for me and it made it do able to do this diet, I lost 26lbs befor my surgery and my Dr said my liver was perfect! This surgery was a lifesaver for me and it was the best decision I've ever made I went from 273 to now im 148! I'm off all meds except for my migraine meds but over all those aches and pains are all gone, and now the foods that I use to crave and love I can't even eat any more any way my taste has changed a lot I was told that may happen and it did to me but it's a small price to pay for better health I'm gonna be praying for you and I can see where u have lost already! I had my surgery at 56 I wished I'd would have done it earlier but I'm happy I did it and you will be healthier and happy too! Hang in there brother you got this!!♥️😇🙏

You got this ! My friend had this surgery last year and blew it bad ! She came straight Ethel hospital and went to Olive Garden and ate immediately! She was in and out of the hospital that day until like 5 months ! She kept eating out and greasy food . She got sick every hour it was horrible ! You are doing great and training your brain now that way u will do great !

Good morning TY! Keep pushing for the greater. I am a week post op and understand completely what you are dealing with. It does get easier. My blood sugar dropped to 59 the morning of surgery and I had to be given Dextrose prior to. I’m struggling to get all of my protein in right now, but that’s to be expected at this point. Don’t give up on you. I love it 🥰

I'm so excited for you and my prayers are with you. Try to keep a mint and a piece of candy handy(if you can have it) if your blood sugar drops. If you can't have candy they have glucose tablets that you can eat to bring your levels back up. Wishing you all the best in your journey, I'm along for the ride with you in spirit💙💙💙

I'm on my journey of getting the gastric bypass I've already done my ekg an labs. I'm on a strict diet 3 meals a day but I'm finding it hard to make a good breakfast or lunch I love my salads. But I go back an I watch your videos an it helps me stay motivated an know I'm doin this to better myself an my health I'm so glad I've found your channel ❤😊 I've been on my diet about a week now an I've lost 5 pounds which I'm so happy about I'm doing as much walking as I can.
