You can only hear my voice in one ear due to a weird OBS issue, so for the best experience use speaker instead of headphones (I edit on PC without headphones so I was completely unaware of this). I'm sorry about this yall :(
@@Zilarrrcan you make a tutorial of how to script the VFX animations in. I animate the VFX meshes and stuff, but it doesn't want to appear whenever I click with the tool.
the problem with the roblox development community is the huge amount of gatekeepers who don't share their methods (or where they learned them from). It's really sad because if it wasn't this way a BUNCH of talented people could have made front page games.
I don't agree with this to be honest. I do believe that there is enough educational content and resources in every form of discipline in game development to get you started, and what sets you apart is the amount of hours you spend to practice Although to be honest I'm kind of victim to this myself. Although I do believe I can get my new video done on pace (2 months after release of this video), although I haven't been hitting my hour goals in which part of this is schoolwork and other activities, but really I don't have any excuses really though good luck with whatever you're trying to do
@@Zilarrr oh yeah ill lend you a few tips that you probably don't know. You can actually make sword trails by using meshes with bones, so they trail behind when they swing (i haven't actually tried this but i know it works since i've seen a dev forum post about it). Also for a lot of vfx, they use scripting
can you help me make custom items and how to make the dummy have custom health and also making the items move instead of it being still and also can u help me make abilites as a hotbar items making a battle ground game thanks
it's kinda hard to help you man but for the most part I just cloned the effect in replicated storage, and set the parent to an attachment of the tool or whatever needs the vfx
