I don’t know if you’ll read this, but I was watching a video where the person did a Trader Joe’s haul and one of the items was chicken meatballs! So maybe try there?
Easy CrockPot Recipe that I came up with last night and it was delicious! -1 large pack chicken breasts (trimmed) -1 pack McCormick Grilling Mates Mojito Lime marinade seasoning packet -1/4 cup olive oil -4 Tbsp white vinegar -4 Tbsp water -Salt -Black pepper -White pepper *Cook on low for at least 6 hours *Make 1 pound of pasta (doesn’t matter what kind) *Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water -Take out chicken. Add 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/4 cup pasta water to liquid in crockpot. Stir. Add in noodles. Stir. Salt to taste. Add chicken back into crockpot and cover for 15 minutes. Serve with grated parmesan on top.
I have the cuisinart that Jess linked. We got it as a wedding gift in 2014. It’s a great slow cooker that lets you sauté, brown, roast, whatever PLUS slow cook. The cord is retractable. It’s wonderful. Also, I scratched up our insert and was able to order a brand new insert for like $50 rather than buying a whole new machine. Genius!!
I had half pack of those meatballs in my freezer, I made an easy recipe yesterday, diced one green and red bell pepper 🫑 onion 🧅. Add the meatballs, peppers and onion and pineapple 🍍 tidbits into a crockpot with a bottle of teriyaki sauce, I used sugar free, cooked on low for 3 to 4 hours, we ate it on top of rice and also cooked some broccoli 🥦😋
I love your cooking videos because I think it's great to see what other families make that are easy go to recipes that feed an army (or meal prep). The one thing I have to remind myself with these videos is that you and Tyler are avid runners/exercisers so your meals are typically waaaay richer than we would make in our house lol

I have a homemade Alfredo I make and we love Italian seasoning in it. And fresh spinach at the very end. Or frozen broccoli. And I add red pepper flakes at the end too for me. Yum! Thanks for the ideas! Doing a Walmart order tonight!
One of our favorite crockpot meals is stewed burgers - Frozen burgers (8), two cups of beef broth, a can of tomato soup, and half a white onion. Delicious!!!high for 4 or low for 6. Don’t even need ketchup or toppings, they’re that good
Hi Jessica, l love this slow cooker dishes, my favorite when I was pregnant with my sons, and there is a Nachos dish too, especially with the hot peppers in it, l used to make them all the time, l should start making them again, hugsssss ❤❤❤

I’m going to start doing slow cooker meals for spring / summer for three reasons. To lower heat in the house while cooking, I live in Fl. where the weather really heats up the home, to free up time for beach & pool while having food ready when I get home, ability to make large portions to have ready made lunch or dinners next day or two. Thanks for the inspiration Jess! Oh and I Love oven roasted Brussel sprouts, I want to try Tyler’s, looking for his recipe! Bon Appetite! 😋
You need to try Mississippi pot roast! Jessica, when I tell you it’s the best meal (not even crock pot) I’ve ever had… it’s the best. So flavorful and juicy. It’s my go to for a quick meal. I hope I sold it to you lmao, but seriously give it a try!!

Loved this video! I switched over to Better than Bullion years ago so I have to recommend it. I love it cause it’s a small jar in the fridge vs lots of cans or cartons in my limited pantry space. I mainly use the chicken but there is veggie/beef and more. You can make a much or as little as you need for a given recipe 🥣

I am going to try all three of these. I’m always looking for recipes and I also love a crock pot meal, I’ve never tried noodles in the crock pot. But I do have to add I hate Brussel sprouts… More of these videos would be great.
Since you are able to brown in your slow cooker, maybe try a quick sear on the beef and chicken recipes. Season the meats first then sear or brown for just a few minutes. I think it really helps with the taste and texture of the meat. I agree with others, I would sear, season with garlic, pepper, herbs, etc, and serve over noodles. I get those meatballs in Costco so looking forward to making the last recipe. Great video! Thank you!
I'm from Memphis so a rib snob BUT you can take a slab of them cut them into small slabs to fit your crackpot and cook them low all day (season first of course) I like them straight out but you can broil or grill them adding favorite barbecue sauce if you like them wet
