Thank you for sharing this information . I have recieved the addmission for UNB in St John Campus . I thought I would get 1 year of Work Permit and was not sure about it . Once you get your offer letter there is a condition sending Transcripts to get a revised Offer letter.

Guneet, Such a nicely & profesionally explained. Important & unique information. GMAT waiver was the catch. I have some questions for u, kindly try to give ur remarks, will be grateful, 1. Memorial univ of Newfoundland also asks GMAT, do they also consider GMAT waiver? 2. as you are from Project Management, can you say demand of project managers in civil Construction field in New Brunswick or Atlanta province as a whole? Although different industry, yet if u can say, I have 10+ yrs exp with a Masters (will do ECA soon) in India in the same NOC, will attend PMP in this May. AIP immigration prog is my target. 3. What is ur remark on 'Holland college' of PEI, also considering the PG cert in proj mgt there? Long queries. Sorry.

Thanks for your kind words. 1. Memorial univ of Newfoundland also asks GMAT, do they also consider GMAT waiver? - For the waiver you need to present your case with strong credentials and experience. You can try. 2. as you are from Project Management, can you say demand of project managers in civil Construction field in New Brunswick or Atlanta province as a whole? - There is a nice demand but you need to obtain some sort of certification or licensing or P.Engg badge before getting into the industry here. If you get PMP then you can enter in the management side of civil industry. 3. What is ur remark on 'Holland college' of PEI, also considering the PG cert in proj mgt there? - I don't have too much ide on Holland college. But if you have 10+ years of experience I will advice you to just target universities as there are high chances of getting rejection on your visa in colleges. I hope I have answered your queries. It all depends on how many credits and years you are studying. I cant tell you randomly how many years it will be, you need to confirm with the college administration for full clarity.

I have met a few Indians & Pakistanis who are doing UG 4 year Engg. programs and living in campus or nearby. Computer Science/IT Engg. is quite popular in this university as the faculty and program is ranked amongst the top in Canada. Also, the city is quite safe, nice, clean, quiet, and there is nothing to worry about.
