Site value is Rs16000/ - sq feet in smv st block . This is reasonable price , people dont know the value of land and cost of constructon materials , you start yourself to construct house independently then only u will come to know the value of house value
16,000/per square feet??? I think ur site is also there only, so only ur hiking price 😂 For 16,000 we will get in RR Nagar main place, we will get in Basavanagudi also if we search properly, instead of going out of city
