Good point. I would agree, living in CA. this is expensive by our standards as well! Modular and Mobil homes depreciate in value. That's 11,000. an acre in a 2,000 $ an acre area!

Hey Mr. Land Agent. I like the content of your videos, but cant stand your amped up intro music. The volume is WAYYYY too loud. Unless you are selling space on the side of a jumbo jet while its flying over enemy territory while holding on with one hand, I think something less loud and dramatic would suit your content better.
