Nah, but how could Riot look at Jinx passive and think "Let's make it stackable AND uncapped"? Just when you think they can't get any more incompetent they prove you wrong.
I sure am glad the devs are not biased whatsoever with their balance patches. Jinx was struggling to get a penta every match, and they helped her out. Truly one of the “balance” changes of all time.
tbh Jinx wasn’t doing too good recently. They just did a completely wrong buff to fix her and now probably gonna be like “oh that’s so weird how is jinx so strong!” after giving her a huge steroid on her passive xd
I'm not even joking, I am 100% sure they didn't realize Jinx gets passive off towers, so taking the nexus towers along with a couple kills is just insane.
@@Kyezie131they know, problem is how her passive is stacking, i guess it supposed to be like 25% of "base/items value" but now passive is included and this rappid her as to unseen minigun. Belveth is jelous by far
I'm still pissed at the fact that Garen and Darius ult isn't the jump. It's the burst of dmg, so you can hourglass the jump, and their ults won't get used.

@@Synapse1 Shouldn't be difficult to just add a _black censor bar_ the same size as the banner itself. But streamers might get butthurt with terms of service, copyright claim or something if they see a censor.
I don’t even blame august for this. That dude is nuts and that’s why he makes the best champions, but Phreak letting this pass just show how biased he is towards AD. I’m sure in his mind he is like “if it’s that bad I’ll change it next patch, but I’m gonna enjoy playing it myself while everyone else suffers”

7:38 man as a morde otp, this morde is so trash he legit can E+R and at least leave renekton almost dead or he has to flash then kindred just ends him, but instead he just flashed nothing, used R with all his spells on cooldown and used W really bad, HOW.
