I think you making a video of brands you no longer support would be so thoughtful. Controversy follows anything where an opinion is expressed, but I really don't doubt you have solid reasons, even if others, or I, disagree. Great video!

I really think you would love the Moira foaming cleansers!!!!!! I have used nothing else for the past 8 months. They last forever because you need such a TINY dab and it morphs into a beautiful creamy thick cleanser. Not lathery but a thick luxurious foam. They have several different ones to target different issues like sensitivity, dryness, acne etc. And they are sooooo reasonably priced! I am so in love with them for my 53 year old dehydrated skin.

Kids do that to you. I imagine you'll get back to the day when you wear a full face all the time, if that's your preference but it will probably be a few years yet before you get the chance. I know it took me until my daughter was in school before I was wearing a full face of makeup on the regular. It just wasn't feasible the rest of the time. I hope your little guy is doing great and you had a wonderful summer with him. Take care and big hugs, k In case you want to know, I'm at the stage where I can wear whatever because my daughter will soon be 31 but with being disabled, I don't get out as much anymore.

Since I have been getting out of using disposable makeup wipes, I have been using a reusable cloth and the Waterproof Garnier Micellar Water. I love it. I use an oil to dissolve the makeup, then the micellar water followed by a cleanser. If I am on a makeup light day, I just use water and cleanser. Love your videos Andrea.

Definitely need to try out the Eva NYC dry shampoo, I use the Batiste dark hair version and I love how it makes my hair look but it’s a bit intense. And I already use the Eva NYC hair mask (and love that)

The Flower bronzer is the only one I use, I bought another one to have on hand. I hope this never gets discontinued. Also really like the Catrice foundation, that might be the only one I buy going forward because it's good, affordable and frankly all I need. I like their one drop concealer too. I also like the Kenra hairspray, been using for years but it's annoying that the nozzle gets clogged regularly. Good video.

This video made me remember one day I wanna try Glaze because I have a lot of gray/silver hair (that I LOVE) and the rest is very dark brown 👀 The silver is kind of scatted around, "salt and pepper" as they say. I randomly used a purple/violet shampoo today I got when I was blonde for a bit and it made the grays pop even more! ✨

yes!! the nyx brow pencil is espresso is a must try for anyone trying to find the perfect dark brown eyebrow pencil. been using it for years and it's unmatched! and the price point is incredible

I use Espresso in like 80% of my brows and Ash Brown in the inner 20% for a bit of dimension with the Nyx pens. They completely replaced the ABH I had been using, too. It's an amazing product. One of my pet peeves with brow products is when a brow color is too warm, or when a cooler tone pulls green. But man those Nyx colors are true and stable.

I wish I could do a little bit of makeup! I'm still an all or nothing girl. I've tried... I'd do minimal eye makeup, then a lipstick and concealer... Then I'd add a little more shadow, then add more blush, then bronze, then I just give up and go all in. 😂😂 BTW--have you tried lights, camera, flashes? It's more dramatic than the lights, camera, lashes. I, personally, prefer the flashes. Also, tarte runs specials on their site quite often where you can get their mascaras for $10.. plus, they have a rewards system where you can get a certain amount off when you spend so much money, etc.

I have a similar situation with the NYX brow pen- espresso was my closest match in tone but I found it too deep in pigment and ash brown was a touch too warm but I liked how muted it was. I recently tried the shade Grey Black and it is so good! Sort of a less pigmented version of espresso without any warmth. The fair skin/dark eyebrow life can be a struggle. 😂

I also got that legendary igk shampoo and conditioner in my FFF. I loved it then hated it then loved it then hated it and had to let it go. I found after a couple uses in a row it would make my hair feel weird in the shower after rinsing like my hair was hard.

The essence matte powder is amazing but I’ve had the same problems with the packaging. I’ve had 3 of them and they’ve all broken before I was done with them. I still love it though!

If mascaras start to dry out too much you can put a few drops of sterile contact solution or eye drops in it to moisten it.

Have you ever tried the Loreal Unlimited mascara? It’s the only drug store mascara I like. Otherwise, I use Thrive or Tartelette Tubing mascara.

I would say the shades are a little strange! I had to try a few before I found the right one so I would look up actual swatches on Google rather than the ones the brand shares on their website! I find the shades run a little darker!

Over my skin , that foundation darken all day long and ended up looking like 4 or 5 shades darker. I don’t like it for that reason, but it has medium to high coverage and a beautiful semimatte finish. I understand why is well loved by many people.

@@AndreaMatillano Right BUT I have also ran across some "translucent" powders that weren't "translucent" which is WEIRD!! Question - how come whenever I use a powder N a compact vs loose powder it seems like I have 2 use 2-3 times the amount than when I use the loose version.

It has to do with politics, you can certainly google it to determine if it matters to you or not. I think it’s important to consider what brands you’re spending money on, because they may support causes that don’t align with your preferences/values. I’ve dropped many brands as a result, but I don’t often wear a full face of makeup anyway. 🤷🏽‍♀️👀
