Well that helped me find the fall detection, zoom, silent mode, which the latter helped me find headphones control as well in the same menu. My favorite trick is pinging my iPhone. Been using it since 2015 and still loving it today.

I don’t have any intentions on buying any Apple Watch or Smart Watches until I find myself walking my son (on a stroller) and my dog (on leash) at the same time. I had to keep checking my phone for how long we’ve been outside and responding to my husband’s text messages (which I don’t mind). I see the importance of this now especially having to call 911 in case of emergency. Thanks for your video, it’s really helpful.
