I'm surprised that cali's waters have not been overfished at those rates especially now that china is fishing in those waters.how is there any beeliners left? here on the east coast 99% of all fish species is regulated to mostly 1-3 with mahi the most at 10 fish, you guys are kind of lucky over there.
