In this video, I wanted to give you the best landmine exercises that will help you develop full body strength with this tool alone.
We could dive much deeper into 100+ exercises with that involve the Landmine, as well as other tools to expand our library. However, I felt it was much more practical for individuals with limited equipment and space to implement right away!

Here is a different way to work with the LM which no one is doing. Place it on a wall, or rack - 3-4 ft high - and see the difference. Be the first one to try this.

I'd like to add a side-delt exercise...the kneeling lateral side-delt arm raise.

Thank you so much for this video. Given the COVID situation, I bought some plates and a barbell and wanted to see how I can best use it to workout every muscle. This surely helps. Lifesaver!!!

I like the bench press one .BUT would need to get a much larger diameter weight disc to get under the bar.

something else to add to my routine! awesome! i’ve been wanting to try this since i’ve been doing the battle ropes with jumping rope…but this will give me an great addition to my workouts instead of just dumbbells

That romanian is also very stupid, the form is really bad and you can only do it with light weight, you try and load up and you're just going to hurt your back doing it like that.
