You all probably dont care at all but does anyone know of a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot my password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Carter Azariah I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im in the hacking process now. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*
This is perfect. Exactly what I needed. Thanks for taking the time to slowly show the proper form on each move. That’s all the instruction I really require. Awesome.
Love this I try to show my clients a new world in core training on my core classes and we mainly to mostly use kettlebells and some of these excercises I already had em using and then others I've seen in this video is PERFECT
Thank you so much. So many of these I have never seen. I have been using my kettlebell primarily over the last couple months. But i feel like I've missed "ab work". And now I have a list. Will be adding these into my workouts now. Again thank you. You got a new subscriber
Awesome and just what I need to change things up. Thanks for sharing. Oh and there's no way I'm doing that last one!! Also, I just subscribed so please keep these type of videos coming!

You have to make sure you're moving from the hips and not the back. Also, keeping rib cage down is important. This is definitely a more intermediate to advanced drill and there has to be some mobility pre-requisites met to do it
The last one was brought to you by the bdsm community Side note: i have no idea how to structure kettlebells workouts, whether that is exercises or set/reps. Side side note: i tried one of those windmill exercises with a 10Kg bell and nearly fell over.
Watch mark wildman’s youtube videos about kettlebells. He recommends 8,10,12kg for females esp beginners. His videos really helped me with my KB workouts esp proper form & breathing. Maybe you can start at 10 or 12 for other KB workouts since you can lift 16kg already.
People, be VERY CAREFUL when doing these exercises. They're cool and efficient but swinging the kettlebell so much around and on top of your skull and face in a single workout is a bit risky. One sweaty palm, a sore muscle or just a clumsy move and you could end up with breaking your nose, your teeth or your brow bone.
Wow! That video seriously had a lot of stuff. Seriously some nice moderate to advanced level core workouts. Very good. Might I make a suggestion. This video has too many things. From the standpoint of the observer it's best to focus on being properly shown and talked to about the move as oppose to 20 awesome things all in succession with no talking about it. But from the view of the video maker you would really do a justice to yourself in breaking up the 20 moves into a week long episode series. Highlight the moves, show off your character and engage with the people through the media. Make it funny and badass at the same time. 10 minute video per 3 moves or so. Talking about them and displaying the movers. After 10 mins you lose a lot of interest from viewers. I hope you take this critique and use it. I'd like to see that from you. Thanks and awesome workouts here
