This Advanced HIIT Cardio Trampoline Workout will have your legs and heart rate on fire! With 3 rounds of 8 moves we are really going to challenge that body today. Sooooo amazing! I’ve done a few of your rebounder workouts now and they’re incredible. Thank you SO much. I also loved that you don’t have the full 45sec countdown rather it starts at 10sec. I haven’t seen that in my other fav rebound instructors and I think it helped much more than seeing the entire set countdown. Thank you again!

Just did this workout and 👍👍. I'm new to the rebounder but not totally new to fitness so I felt confident enough to try this advanced workout and I'm glad I did. Although I felt uncoordinated at times because obviously exercises are very different on the ground than the rebounder, I just took my time, didn't get discouraged and kept it moving! I felt way more coordinated by the end. What a great workout. I was dripping sweat in full beast mode💪😅 *Also I was totally tickled by the cameo appearance by Sparky 🐶🐾

fun. Glad I can do the advancded classes without a hitch. in the cooldown I finally learned how to do the knee up and over!! glad to know you can replace the bungees. Altho I've only used this about 3 dozen times I can feel the difference from the first time I used it back in NOvember. See you in MB Squad

I got into trampoline workouts over covid on an app (get a jump sport!) and then they lost their best jump instructor and the classes were a snooze fest. I've looked everywhere for advanced rebound ing (a lot of people seem to think its for off days but it's incredible for hitt classes) and I'm so happy I found her. Can't wait for more! This one has less advanced step and choreo but is for sure an advanced sweat session. And I like that she can do both! Thank you a million times over!

Do you have any recommendations for quality inexpensive rebounders that can withstand running exercises at 230lbs? Can you keep your heart rate between 150-160 in these workouts?

Shoes on trampoline? Is one better than the other? I have a Cellercise, and have always gone barefoot

My chiropractor told me to never jump barefoot because it causes arches of the foot to lean in towards the center and misaligns your whole body.

This is a hot topic...I wear shoes most of the time. There are times I don't. Everybody is different, and it also depends on your surroundings (if you're like me and go outside). What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions ru-vid.comUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
