Another awesome trampoline cardio workout. I absolutely loved the background on this workout even though it looked freezing cold. It was still beautiful to look at. Great music, great format. Excellent choreography.
This was a great workout. I’m definitely out of shape. 😢 I have arthritis in my big toes, so I kept wanting to put shoes on but didn’t know if that would be bad or good.
Hi Michelle! I was struggling with some injuries this past year but now I am back! Just want to say, I have been working out in group classes for a very long time. You are the best trainer I have ever had!!! Your classes are challenging and fun. I love the driveway vibe and you always get me to the finish line!! 🤪Standing core is no joke. I leveled it up with wrist and ankle weights for 2nd and 3rd round. I also paired it with 10 min standing cardio on trampoline for a power hour!🥵 Thanks Michelle and Crew❣️

Great workout thanks. I had a little over 10 mins to spare so did this twice but second time swapped to a few of the modified moves. Got a real sweat going on now! 🥵
