This is just superb, I've been looking for "weight workout for women" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got great results with it.

Been doing this three times a week for almost three weeks and I am so much stronger. I no longer pant going up stairs and my body doesn't hurt just sitting anymore. I've lost almost 10 pounds combining this with a 30 minute bike cycling HIIT exercise five times a week. Thank you guys for posting this online for free, I feel like a new person :)

When i started, i did Claudia’s modification with three lb weights and couldn’t finish the workout. Today, i did the Coach’s version with 5 lb weights and finished! Progress! Thank you so much HASFit! You are awesome!

In January 2020, I was in the best shape of my life. More confident than ever. Everything was great. Then I injured my hip pretty severely in a kickboxing injury. Then Covid hit. I fell into a deep depression and I still haven't recovered. Im trying to dig myself out but its hard to keep my head above water, let alone remember to breathe...Now, I have to start over after a 35 lb weight gain over the last two years. Thanks for your workouts. They helped me then and I am hoping they can help me get back into the groove of things and get it done again.

I want to thank you for this video. In the last 6 months, I have lost 14 kgs, and 3 weeks ago I started doing these sets twice a week, and I'm already seeing so many results. At the start, I could not do one push up, so I hated the shoulder tap set and the planking. But now, I can already do a halve of a push up, and I'm starting to love the shoulder taps - my core is so much stronger, and my legs have never been tighter. So thank you so much, this is the first video ever that gives me these results!

I was doing the 17min workout for 2 weeks. Now I've graduated to this. Good workout. The timing for each exercise is pretty good. About the time I am suffering you start the 5 second countdown.

LOOOOOOOVED!!!!!! First time, I am out of shape--stopped exercising for about a year. Hubby tried first and encouraged me to do it. I gave him a kiss and thanked him after. This was easy yet challenging at the same time,if that makes sense. I can't imagine why anyone would give this a thumbs down. THANK FOR THIS VIDEO!

25 year old male here. 175 pounds. Never been fit in my life, 0 muscle on my arms and a huge beer belly. I could barely complete this last night, embaressing. Will be trying again today regardless, have been eating nothing but fruit, veg and lean meats for a few weeks. 3-5s litre of water a day. Do you think it's possible for me to build muscle in my arms while losing belly fat? I'm eating in a deficit almost every day

All the science seems to say you need to eat more calories than you burn to build muscle. More likely is you'll reduce your fat but prevent muscle loss. When you're at your ideal weight then you can start to "bulk up" and build muscle.

YOU GUYS. I’ve never been able to do a plank for more than 10 seconds (I’ve always worked out, yoga, running, swimming, etc, but just started strength training with these videos in January) AND I JUST DID THE ENTIRE 45 SECOND PLANK, NOT FROM MY KNEES, BUT THE BIG BOY PLANK!! I’ve put in so many hours with Coach Kozak and his positive spirit and motivation kept me going this whole time. Maybe it’s just the workout endorphins but I feel so proud of myself that I could cry. Thank you so much for this free resource, it means the world to me. :)

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

I bought an dumbbell set to help my strength and weight loss for a new job as a truck driver in the UK. This is the first time I have used a RU-vid fitness video and loved it. Ok.....I have to say something! I have been trying to exercise and I mean TRYING.......I have chronic pain from a car accident, I’m getting older, and i hate to say, but I’m also over weight!!! I have been online looking for some sort of routine that I can feel good doing, not put my body parts in all kinds of awkward PAINFUL positions, and I’ve been doing this for 7 months now! I cannot express how excited I am that I found YOU! I made it through the whole routine the very first time......and I’m excited to hear you in my ears tomorrow for the next one! I used this video today thanks 🙏🏿 I enrolled in a fitness class at my local community college. Their closed due to Corona. I walked in my treadmill and did 15 minutes of training with your video. I can’t do the floor stuff and used the wall for my push ups. But I feel good I’m continuing my program and I’m grateful for beginner videos 🥰

I started this because I want to get stronger but I don't really enjoy weight lifting. This was great as a first class and you guys helped to keep me motivated. I had trouble near the end of the second set, but it sets my goal for the next workout to be able to complete all sets.

I just found this video today and just had to take my hat off to HASfit. I am a dance fitness instructor and dancer, and was looking to do more toning and weight training. As an instructor, I have to say there are so many things that I just loved about HASfit instruction! I loved that you gave a modification at the beginning of each exercise. (so many videos don't do this clearly) I so appreciated all of the cuing that you did. All of the pointers were so spot on! ( E.g.so many youtube workout videos just tell you to use your core but they never explain how! It just becomes jargon.) You explained things calmly and clearly. Your dynamic together was so clear and respectful, you both had wonderful things to add to what one another said. The exercises were simple to follow with your awesome instruction, yet you still made it challenging. I also appreciate to see a man and woman teaching together and feel it balanced. I can go on, you guys are great! So happy to find you and subscribe! So excited to dive into more videos as part of my weight training routine. Thank you so much! Thank you!

(long post) After finally finding motivation to work out again, I grabbed my old workout DVD's and began searching online too. I "discovered" your videos and have been doing some of your workouts for 3 days.Then I decided to give a try to one of your fitness programs (The Foundation Program) I started today and will be posting updates of my results :-). Goal: to lose at least 15 kg (better 20 or even 25!) My current weight is (i am almost ashamed to say it, and it was a shock to see it on the scale) 97,5 kg for a length of 1,66 m. Yes, there's work to do for me. I had never had problems with my weight, till I got pregnant. Then I gained more than 25 kg and went from 60 kg to 87 (from EU sizes 36/38 to 44/46) I remember looking at myself in the mirror and not believing what I saw. Using workout videos and healthy eating I managed to lose most of the weight, but then I got pregnant again and put on around 20 kg. Your work is amazing and the motivation is wonderful. I can't thank you enough, coach Kozak and Claudia. Greetings from Holland!

This video is awsome. I've been doing walking and some other exercises for three months and my waistline just had reduced 3 cm. I did this weight training every other day and today only after 10 days my waistline has reduced an extra 6 cm!! I couldn't belive the tape first. I feel awsome. My old trousers fit me now. So happy and wanted to share it with you and thank you for your great vide.

@@archananath7536 Yes. I've been doing it twice a week and the only thing I struggle with is the modified push-ups because my upper body strength is nada. I use 2 lbs weights currently.

Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. ru-vid.comUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

First work out with y'all, it was great!! I'm just getting back into working out and I love the modification options. I had varying weights available depending on the exercise and it was definitely a perfect full body strength work out, I feel very productive 💪✌️♥️

I have been working out and losing weight for the past 4 months. I did strength training for the first time today and LOVED it. I have to get rid of this flab and build up my strength.

Just completed this workout! I was about to quit because the first round seemed sooo intense until I heard Coach K say “Whatever led you here today” those few words kept me focused!!!!!!!!!!’n Thank you both so much! I’m pouring down in sweat🥵🥵❤️❤️💜💜❤️❤️

god dam , i was doing the 17 min beginner a week and decided to do this one . I never sweated this much in my life , i was soaking . I feel so good that i finished this , i am so out of shape but slowly getting healthier

@@strikestar007 I don't know, I'm a woman. I only have 2kg dumbells laying around so used those. I could go higher to around 3kg, it really depends on how much muscle you have

I've been attempting this for just over two months now, and I can proudly say I was finally able to finish this workout today! I had to take a 2 minute break on each set after the first plank, but I made sure my heart rate never really went below 120, and I managed to do it! Time to stuff my face with meatloaf and potatoes, I earned it.

this was great, the exact right amount of difficulty for someone who was training regularly and fell off in 2022. I feel a great sense of achievement and as someone who generally finds encouragement from PT's annoying, I did not find you guys annoying at all ! thank you :)9

Also my younger brother always struggled with squats and from this video I was able to show him the proper way by breaking at the hip first then bend the knee. He would always tremble as he goes down, his knees would crack and he falls forward and it was because he would break at the knee first and like Coach Kozak (hope I spelled it right) advised, that's the wrong way and leaves you in an awkward and unsteady position. It seems like a simple move but not knowing the right bases makes it all wrong. Thank you so much!!

11 minutes in is was DONE. Had to stop. BUT I do want to do this every other day at least. Ill keep at it until I can get all the way through it. Mind you I’m 22 and never workout in my life so it will take me a bit.

I am 52 and pretty active but stopped serious exercise for 1 year--this kicked my ass :) It made me giggle that someone younger had a tough time too :) Keep at it and NEVER stop exercising! Your body will thank you when you get older!

I watch this every morning. I eat two meals a day and I exercise fasted. It's actually best for Keto diet to tone my body. My goal is not weight loss because I already got it from the diet. I am here just to tone my body
