This is an example of a weekly 30-minute yoga flow that I post for members of the Conscious Movement Community CMC. Every week, I post a 30-minute class as well as a 60-minute class for students who are interested in expanding their practice.
In addition to these exclusive weekly classes, I have a 6-month course that picks up where the 30-day challenge leaves off to keep you flowing on your yoga journey.

Yay!! I finally finished a 30 day challenge in 30 days! In the past, it took me 35 or 40 days to complete all 30 yoga classes. AND my husband did it with me! It's lovely to spend time with you and Ollie! :) Thank you for making the world a better place!

Tim, you continue to be one of my greatest teachers. Every time I take one of your classes (or epic courses on the CMC - I'll be seeing you there, of course), I find some new treasure, some new way to tune in and tune out all the noise. The whole class was awesome. I liked starting today on the floor and doing the movements that I can only describe as the right as you wake up stretches. I felt like I was double dipping but it felt sooooo good. 👍🏻

You're the best yogi on RU-vid, Sometimes I find myself watching another channel with shorter videos, music, less depth... (we know the ones). I 'heard' for the first time the importance of keeping the breath flowing so that I understood when to back off a bit from some of the deeper poses. Backing off to where my breath could keep flowing naturally. Thank you Tim 🙏

I loved this practice. I'm 72 and this was just the right amount of physical challenge while remaining mentally focused. Body strong, mind calm. Also appreciate the longer holds. My body doesn't like rushing through postures. 🙏

Oooh nooo! This was the last of the 30 day challenge 😢 I'm not ready to take it next level (tried that last year and lost "motivation" 😉, however I think that I'll revisit the practices where I unduly struggled a sort of Choose-Ur-Own-Timmmah/Adventure. Rad idea?

Followed this one again, much easier. The tensioning / releasing relaxation is a really positive practice as is imagining floating afterwards. It can really help with insomnia too for any of the community who suffer. I learnt this, once floating visualise places you’ve been throughout your life, random, just let them come and go, floating through them. Zzzzzzz

Thank you very much. I enjoyed the course. I have been practicing yoga for many years- intermittently! This was an opportunity to learn to focus on practice every day. Some of the postures too challenging for me - side plank - but I opted out if it was too hard. Thanks again

Hi Tim. Love the challenge! One question I’ve always had is about low lunge. It’s not good on my knee even without grabbing the foot and with my knee on a blanket. It has to do with the anatomy of my knee cap. What is an alternative stretch in this case? Thanks!!❤

This session was a challenge for me. There were a couple moves I need to work up to. Can you suggest classes that will help me build more core and hip strength? I recently had a total left hip replacement so there are poses I am unable to do now but want to do in the near future. I can explain further in an email if you need specifics. I think this is my third year joining you for these challenges and it's the best start to the year. I really liked the mantra of doing what you should do. Really great! Good amount of stretch strength balance and grounding. Would have liked some more neck stretch for a morning practice but overall great!

Hi Tim! It was a wonderful journey for me. I came to the challenge wanting to be stronger and more flexible. And indeed I found that strength but thru balance and flexibility. I take your yoga teaching beyond the mat and try to apply it in life and work. -Do what you should and not what you can and, when there is pain, there is no gain. - Also, it was lovely to meet you as a person each day of the challenge, authentic smile, warm personality, accepting and very welcoming energy definitely added value to each practice. Thank you :)
