Thanks Tim I really loved this and having the gentle pauses during the poses helped me see how the stretches and where they were working - so often I’ve thrown myself around my Matt in an attempt to keep up in different home classes but didn’t realise until I found your class that I needed to slow down and control my movements. I can testify that this "stuff" works. I found you in search of relief from chronic back pain and have been with you ever since. This is my favorite 30 day so far. It is peaceful, gentle and challenging at the same time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Tim for being part of my journey in the world.
Hi Tim, I really wanted to skip today's class because I have been feeling sick and spent first half of the day in bed but then I decided just to do 5 minutes of practice or at least lay down on my mat in order not to break the new habit of regular practice. I ended up doing about 15-min class skipping a few asanas that seem too hard today. So nice to let my perfectionist go on a little vacay and just do what I should 😜 I agreed with the perfectionnist in me that we would do Day 13 some time after the 30-day challenge :-D
Still here with you every day so thank you for this challenge. My mind and body are feeling more open and very grateful for the opportunity to practice again!
This class was amazing!!!! Up until now I have been having to do the modified side plank, today, and I don’t know why, whether I am stronger or whether it was the way you moved into it, but I was able to not only do side plank but hold it for the whole time!!! This year’s challenge is the best yet! Thank you so much Tim!

This was very nice! I am still with you, just skipping days when I am doing other yoga classes or pilates so my 30-day challenge is even longer😅. Today however, somehow I felt like doing both and I loved it. Thanks so much for doing this every year Tim! I soooooooooo appreciate it! 🙏

Loved this slow flow. Really appreciated the forward fold breakdown, and the focus on engagement of the lats in halfway lift. Also really loved that entrance to Warrior I. This class was extra juicy immediately following the mobility magic - felt everything open up more. Super juicy. Also, my husband was like WTF THERE'S SO MUCH LIGHT COMING OUT OF YOUR SPINE
