Hi guys, you have made such a difference for me in the last 6 weeks. I have diabetes and high blood pressure as well as being morbidly obese. I started with your 10 minute senior exercises and am now up to 30 minute ones. My blood sugars are close to normal and I have lost 5 kg, but that’s not all. I can now put on my own socks and shoes while standing up and can raise my hands straight up over my head. I feel so much better and am very proud to be part of the hasfit tribe. 😊 thank you so very much.
Hi Guys, I was diagnosed with young onset Parkinson at 47 I'm now 53. I have restless leg and nephropathy plus I have planters fastidious that progressed to tendonitis, and i wear a boot to help. So I'm not in a position too work out plus i have balance issues and very low blood pressure. Having all that i am still able to do your seated workouts and i feel like Ive accomplished something when i'm done. You guys are great and so inspirational. I'm so glad i stumbled on to HASfit.

I started these workouts with my elderly neighbor two weeks ago. It's amazing how much progess she is making in a short time frame. From starting with the seated workout, she now does almost all the moves standing, and also told me she is getting the mobility to move around in the garden, stepping in and out of ditches, back. I also profit from streching and working my upper back and arms alongside my usual routines even though I'm in my twenties. Thank you both for this encouraging and gentle workout.

I had polio as a young child and now at the age of 78 have lost a lot of muscle. I have never imagined that I would be able to do cardio exercises to raise my heart rate. Now we are in lockdown due to the coronavirus we are doing the workouts every morning, me sitting and my husband standing. It is great to be exercising with him and you are such an inspiration. I have shared your workouts with many friends! Thank you so much!
@@donaldsmith5639 Not very well! I have stopped doing the chair exercises, but I now have a physiotherapist who comes once a fortnight and I do exercises in bed in the morning when I wake up. I don't think I am getting much stronger .☹️
We have just begun a new 4 week lockdown here in UK. So my gym and chairobics classes are off. I will return to you for help now and then. Its getting too cold and wet to ride out on the bike too. Thankyou again and again for your great workouts. I'm not doing so bad at 83, but you help me so much. Love to all
I checked you out yesterday and am now hooked. I did two sessions (am then pm) and feel great. I"m a 77 year old woman and have been walking a mile most days for the past year and otherwise have been fairly sedentary during the covid situation. I think my husband is going to join me tomorrow. I started doing your exercise program about 5 weeks ago. As a senior with a balance issue I appreciate being able to do this seated version. I am sure Natalie has had that baby by now. Thank you so much for the seated variation in this exercise. I have a lumbar stenosis which makes it difficult to perform standing up exercises. I am very happy that I am able to follow the routine in this workout without pain. Thank you, Coach Cuzak and Claudia.
I just discovered you about 5 days ago and have enjoyed one of your workouts each day. I love the options offered so I can mix and match to serve how my body is doing on each day. I appreciate the clear instruction from Coach and the reminders from Claudia about where the inhale and exhale goes. Great team coaching. The one suggestion I would make is to use the choreographers' trick of saying "turn to the right" as you are actually turning left, so I can mirror you. If I turn in the direction you instruct I am going opposite rom you. Not a big deal to be sure, but a thought that might help some folks. I also like how smooth and gentle both your voices are. I really appreciate the way you invite participation and encourage without demanding. Great style and great work.

I love your exercises and think the pair of you are perfect for seniors. The constant explanations are very helpful and encouraging. We only started doing home exercise because of lockdown due to coronavirus but I feel much better for it and intend to continue.

I do these exercises consistently every morning and feel great. When I try to do other types of exercises I always pull something. These are just right for me. Thank you. (I am 65, and I think fairly fit)

I am 62 live in South Africa have been doing workout foe elderly peoplebforb10 weeks. Think I have skipped 2 nights. I am in less pain, sleep better and have been packing and moving nearly all by myself. My husband has Parkinson and has been doing alongside me as much as he can.
I love the combination chair and standing 30 minute workout! I use the seated exercise because I have chronic back pain and COVID has prevented me from swimming at the YMCA. My husband likes the standing exercise. With this combination workout we can both excise together! Thank you! Please post more of the 30 minute combination workouts!
