What an incredible stretch. I used to fall over in yogi squat. With all our mobility classes, I could stay in yogi all day. It’s actually comfy now. I feel like you addressed every body part today, even our fingers and toes. Thank you, Chris, for knowing exactly what we need. 🧡💛

I loved that you explained the difference between mobility and flexibility, and that motivated me to keep with the mobility program even though I've struggled with the moves (which means I need more mobility)! But it is amazing how much the mind can work with you or work against you--and for the first time I was able to get through the entire flow routine because my mindset has changed. Thank you for all the lessons and explanations that you give each day. They do make all the difference!
After working out with you for about a month now I realize how much I needed mobility and flexibility. This was such a great workout. And yes, I DID tell a difference in the yoga squat from the beginning of the workout and the last one at the end. Last one was sooooo much easier.

I still have some hiccups with the flow portion, but I try my best and catch up when I have to take a break. You have helped me with my stinking thinking patterns from the past. Thanks for that gift!
I really needed that. The shoulder mobility is amazing for me and I continue to make slow but steady progress with all the moves. I always feel so much better afterwards. Big thank you for this Chris.

My yogi squats are slowly getting better. This was a great mobility workout for my entire body. It was so strange moving my individual fingers at the end. I had the hardest time with my ring finger which means it’s something that I need to work on. Thank you for pointing out the importance of moving our bodies in different ways.

You mentioned this morning about needing to make sure you work on strength training, not just cardio, for calorie burn. I just wondered if all of the sessions you do with weights is sufficient for that (I typically use 20’s for most) or do you mean additional intentional, heavy lifting? Just want to make sure I’m getting it all in 😊
