In this 30 min Full Body Dumbbell COMPOUND + DYNAMIC Workout we will have a combination of 50 seconds Compound Strength sets and 35 seconds dynamic Dumbbell / bodyweight movements with only 15 seconds of rest between the exercises. For the Compound strength movements we will be using our heavy sets of weights to really challenge the muscles and make the last couple of repetitions almost unpleasant. With the Dynamic movements we will switch to some lighter weights and try to get the speed up and do as many reps as we can.
The dumbbells that I am using are:

2x 10kg
2x 5kg

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.
