🔥🔥🔥 I was a little weak today but it only affected my lunges. I was doing them with my regular 15kg X2, but for some reason I just could not get my knees to the ground when I normally can. Because of feeling a little weak, I am glad all lower body exercises were done in the first half. Still doing push-ups on my knees and they are still challenging. I had to take a few seconds to stretch after each hover push-up. Side to Front Raises are very challenging with 5kg!! I did Bicep Dumbbell Curls with 8kg for the first time! Normally I use 6kg or 7.5kg. I was failing by the end but I am stronger! Double Inner Hammer Curl - - I said "no way" when I saw you pick up 18kg lol. So I picked up my 15kg but nope. I had to go down to 12kg lol. Roll Back Skull Crusher was too easy with 5kg and I stopped to watch to make sure my form was okay. I rewound and was able to do them with 8kg. The Weighted Knee Pulls I had to rest after every 4 or 5 reps. I was disappointed so I rewound the whole ab set and did it once more just to punish myself lol. But they are definitely harder when the upper body is seated up like that!! Weights: 16kg, 15kg, 10kg, 8kg, 5kg Most lower body I use 16kg. Lunges 15kg Back Rows if standing bent-over, 15kg. If kneeling on the ground for Strict Rows, 16kg.
I've been doing these for about a month and I'm already starting to see some results. I'm feeling leaner, and I'm definitely able to do these with more weight.
