Hope you enjoy this new class in the original bamboo setting! I would recommend having a blanket or something soft to place under your hips for the side lying series if your hips are sensitive to that position. A little extra cushioning is always nice! Lots of love. ❤️

I'm almost too excited to see the good "old" bamboo backyard. It totally reminds me of how my journey with you started. This was so hard for me I am not sure why 😂 I do your workouts almost everyday, but this one really got me thinking in the middle of it “nooo way I am doing this until the end!” And somehow I arrived until the end all relaxed and happy. I must say that yout workouts remind me not to feed such negative thoughts or self-doubt in general! It is something I experience working out and bring in my everyday life. I know you hear this everyday, but you are so gifted in what you do! I feel very lucky that I have you as my personal Pilates teacher. Keep it up Nicole, the community really loves you and I hope you feel it ♥️

Thank you so much Nicole for this class! I bought 1.5kgs weights to be able to start doing these weighted classes with you and I'm so happy I did. It added a nice challenge to my glutes and arms! Also love love love the music choice in this video. Soooo relaxing especially at the end, I felt like I was in a spa. Thank you!

Aaaahhhh the bamboo is back! Where is the cat?! It's been a year since my fibromyalgia diagnosis where I went from serious weight lifter to not being able to even get out of bed for months and honestly Nicole your videos have been a god send. Cheesy I know but you have no idea how much your workouts have helped me ❤️

Loved this! I worked hard and am definitely burning, but feel so energized and flowy all over. And yes, like others said, really lovely to see the beautiful bamboo again. For me, it's a marker of improvement. When you moved to the beach, I couldn't make to the end of most workouts....and now, I'm completing all of them. Thank you so much Nicole, for all your work, effort and spirit!

Hi Nicole - I discovered yOUR channel 14 months ago . I had no core strength then. 300 classes later and my body is transformed! posture is amazing and I feel amazing. Thank you so much. PS I did this session with 3kg weights - really stretched me - but I got through all exercises.

This one might be my favorite so far. I've been doing around 4 or 5 videos a week for about 4 months now and I never get bored, so much variety! This was a really good one, might follow this one again tomorrow. My 5lb weights were a bit heavy for these but it's still a great workout with and without them :)

I’ve been doing pilates and yoga for some years now, but my wrists still can’t take a lot of weight especially on side planks. Maybe someone here has any suggestions on how can I help myself? P.s. Love your workouts Nicole, they’re so full of self-love and warm energy 💛
