it will be EASIER to work with you if you ADD NORMAL TIMER that shows for ex there 40 sec work / 20 rest.... I horrible to follow for you without this and count seconds on my own..... because Im deaf ............
I've been following this channel for more than 3years. I do one 30 min video for 6 days a week, sometimes 7. Sometimes, I just feel my body needs a rest. The repetitive work with light weights in either Hiit or tabata has helped me with my trigger thumb on both hands, and I can lift heavier when I do dead lifts. I've never bothered to peruse other channels and this is just a shout out to Claudia and Coach Kozak for making my mornings such a joy!! ❤❤

Is it just me or in the beginning Coach Kozak was holding onto different weight dumbbells? One was 12 lb and another was 8 or 9 if I'm not mistaken. And Claudia was carrying even heavier dumbbells than Coach! Go Claudia. Thanks for an amazing workout!
