Happy Day Team! Hope you enjoy this lower body workout that is easy on the knees. You will use your legs in all different ways and find that it's an effective workout without those lunges and squats! I did share the link for out ankle weights and Pilates ball. I highly recommend getting the Pilates 9" ball as it's an inexpensive tool that we use often. Happy Friday!😘

I loved this! I added it on to an upper body workout and I feel amazing! I loved the different ways to work the legs without jumping or squats/lunges! Thank you!!!

*im not sure why i thought this would be easy but i was wrong! loved working legs in a different way and feeling the burn of my accessory muscles! this really targeted those hard to reach areas and my hamstrings are feeling it today!*

Just what I need!! I have been nursing an FAI (hip impingement)…squats and lunges are not my friend!! I have been avoiding lower body since this started about two weeks ago!!

It was awesome!! Thanks!! I used to run half and full marathons in my younger years, but not the past several years. I do miss it, but too hard on the joints! I work for a chiropractor (30 years now!) so I get good care when I do get an injury!! I love that you focus on women our age, so appreciate all the great advice! 54th birthday TOMORROW, gonna make this the best year yet!!! 😊 💪 🎉
