Ran my first half-marathon in 2:03 yesterday. Just did this routine on my first recovery day, and it felt amazing! The crossed legs folds and pendulum felt ridiculously good. Thanks for another brilliant routine Julia :)

So excited when I saw this today. This morning I chose to sleep in and skip my workout before work today. Obviously I had to choose this for my evening mobility and loved every moment. That quad stretch was amazing. 👏 ❤
I find your routines amazing. You are so creative in your movement combinations and I always find something new and inspiring in your videos. Today, the alternating quad stretch did it for me! What a great alternative to the usual couch stretch I do, and putting some shoulder stretch too! Perfect routine after a long run this morning, preparing for my first marathon (I know I am not the only one here...😉) Good luck, and hank you as always!

Another amazing workout! Making use of my leave to do your longer routines...love the alternating quadriceps stretches. Also struggling to toe sits as get pain my hamstrings..any suggestions on how to progress on this? Many thanks ❤
