Great strengthening moves there - least favourite exercise 🙄😊 was the leg hover threading through on my side but it was good to be able to keep it up! Loved the last lunge twist❤
That was tough even second time round💪👍 loved the glute bridge movements & kept my hips up the whole time 😊 also loved that last twist in runners lunge👍good all over workout. Thank you. 5/6 days completed for week 1 April but I expect you will sneak in 2 more??🤩
Killed me as I'm just starting out again... But I loved it.. It will be a good one to come back to for tracking progress... Loved the balancing exercises 🥰
