Oh, this is a tough one, especially the arm part of this workout!💪 I love the stretches in between the exercises, they really help to get through this.
Hi Jacinta. It's evening here in the UK 🇬🇧 (20.00hrs). I don't usually do my workouts after work but decided today for a change I would. So lovely to see the sunshine through your window. It's pitch black, blowing a gale and raining ☔ here. Not only was your weather a ray of sunshine so was your fabulous workout and the feeling of being in your front room working out. 😊 This was a super class. Loved the addition of weights 2kg for me as well, which on some of the exercises were definitely a challenge, in a good way 😊 👍. Thank you 🙏👋
You’re incredible! Day 2 done! What a commitment :) tomorrow is just a 10 min abs focused mini. Give your body some time to rest a little and then just day 4 and 5 to ramp it up again
Doing this challenge series until the end of the year 🥳 Definitely felt challenged during this one. I had to drop the dumbbells on that shoulder series as my entire upper body was hurting 😅

I have been a gym rat for 10 years but I have grown tired of it and feel more inclined into your workouts. Perfect mix of pilates, body consciousness and strength. Looking forward to your advice or a video explaining how to divide your training based on your level of fitness. Love from Madrid!
Hello! Just getting to your comment now. How are you going with your training? Pilates is a form of strength training so the line up on the weekly schedule should be enough for you. You can always use dumbbells in each workout that you feel you could go a little extra.
@@PostureTonic I am doing great. So far I am running 2 a week, doing your workouts 3 times a week and gym only 2. I feel like I am doing to much still but little by little leaning more towards Pilates and respecting my needs

26min heavy dumbbell all standing was scheduled for Thursday. Posted at 7:30pm Aussie time instead of usual 12:15am AEST so that’s why it might have mixed you up x
