We are training for upper body definition and strength with this 30-minute no-repeat style strength workout! We will target the shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, and back with 20 different exercises. The intensity is increased with the structure of this training session as we work 4 exercises for the same muscle group in consecutive order! We will incorporate extra stability training with kneeling exercises to work the upper body and the core as well! Aim to lift moderately heavy to engage that hypertrophy style of training resulting in greater muscular definition!
30-MINUTE NO-REPEAT UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10bs to 25lbs / 4.5kg to 11.3kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy.

I had to lift a heavy recliner into the back of our truck today (with my hubs)...the lady that we bought it from said "Dang, you are so strong!" Thanks, Kayleigh! And I like to work my biceps and chest.

Love the biceps 💪 because you can see them flex! Been away for a week … had to do some strenuous home renovations and painting. Didn’t need a workout too but I wanted to say my stamina and strength was the bomb as I worked with my hubby! You are making me stronger ou there! ❤

Week 2 - A C & S - Day 9 - Done. Supercharged workout today right out the gate! Okay, that extra weight on the wrists doing shoulders presses?! Whew! Felt. It. This is the 2nd video I did of yours. Loved it! Some moves I can't do bent over due to my back so I do them on my knees. Arms definitely felt it. It's been a couple months not exercising . Felt great again! ❤

I’m going to feel this later! I’d say back is my favorite to work, shoulders are my least. However, I work on my shoulders regularly since I have some mobility issues. That’s probably why they are my least favorite. 😉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The side lying triceps exercise was a life saver after my hysterectomy-really helped me getting up out of bed! Functional fitness at its best!😊

back chest, shoulder, tricep, bicep. Nice tip for wrist weights. Shoulders are delicate for me, going from 10-15 is a big jump and I can't see me at 20...but maybe with wrist weights it will be easier when I'm ready to do small increment.

I just recently upped my weights from 10 lbs to 15 lbs, this workout today was brutal! Loved it! When i first started with you I could barely do 1 pushup, I could do them the whole time today! Yay! I like biceps and chest best!

Kaleigh! I have a question, do you take any supplements on a daily basis , pre workout ect? If you have info on this, point me in the right direction on where to find it 😅 if not could you do a short or instagram post about it or anything? IF you use any at all. Just trying to learn how to maximize my overall health and recovery. Btw, I just used one of your old lives to see if i was able to do such a long cykling workout, i have been doing your 20-30min cycling for 3 months and stayed in my comfortzone. I compeleted the whole live , my legs are DEAD and will be so soar for days , but I did it. Now i know i can, and look forward to join a live strength and cycling on the weekends. Wohoo!

I am looking for any help or guidance with strength threading my upper body when I have some sort of past damage to my shoulder that is impairing movement. So silly but I was I an accident,literally 30 years ago, involving a seat belt across my shoulder that must’ve not healed correctly although no doctor has ever told me so. I can train with a 10, 12, sometimes even 15 lb with my left arm but have a lot of difficulty with even an 8 lb in my right. I also struggle keeping my arm in the correct position when doing shoulder presses and especially wide bicep curls. I don’t know what the best course of action is and how to properly train both arms. Really hoping for a response from Kaleigh’s crew but welcome anyone with knowledgeable feedback! Thanks! PS this channel is a Godsend! I have stayed consistent for 3 months now and look forward to working out everyday!
