Playing workout catch up and did the whole plank challenge on my toes! I’ve struggled with this for years, especially for side planks. Getting stronger! Thanks for all you do ❤!
At (12:43 ) when your stretching your quad, I was bending my heel all the way so that it touches my bum, will that still work or does it have to be at a 45ish degree like you did.
I was curious as to what all the comments about Nacho were about and now I know! He made me smile and laugh during on of the hardest moves for me…the v sit shoulder press! Thank you Nacho❤❤
