Can i use just use 20 lbs dumbbells for every exercise? Like do i need to different wights?

Really enjoyed the strength and cardio combo. I'm not pregnant, so was wishing for something a little harder for myself. Would love a video for that some time in the future, if you feel inclined. Good on you and thanks for always showing up 100%.

THIS IS NOT DAVID, its his partner.)I just did this and it might only be 15 mins but my body is tired and i feel really good! I started watching Kayleigh when i got into the beginners cycling. I SOOOO trust her! She is so motivating, particularly on the bike. Thanks Kayleigh. 😊

Playing workout catch up and did the whole plank challenge on my toes! I’ve struggled with this for years, especially for side planks. Getting stronger! Thanks for all you do ❤!

At (12:43 ) when your stretching your quad, I was bending my heel all the way so that it touches my bum, will that still work or does it have to be at a 45ish degree like you did.
