I am LOVING your Pilates classes. I am 50 years old and yes, I like my body to look good. But more importantly , I want to remain STRONG! I want to ward off osteoporosis! I want to maintain a healthy pelvic floor. When I roll out my mat and start your lessons… I feel like a strong powerful woman! Some of the moves take me back to my younger years when I was taking ballet… which I loved and miss. I love the flow of breath as we move through the posses. You are amazing… and Pilates will forever be the way I take care of myself. 🙏 😊
Your 30-40 minute pilates sessions have become an integral part of my morning routine and an important part of my physical and mental health. Really enjoy starting my day in this wonderful way. Thank you for doing this.

I started online exercises about 1 month ago and about a week ago I discovered Pilates. I always thought it would be too easy as I am a dancer of 15 years but Nicole’s online classes are fantastic. This is the second one I have done and I generally look forward to doing them. A great range of movements and I love how I can feel the burn. I really enjoy the relaxing music in the background too. Hello . I am a former gymnast.. mom of 7..physical therapist.. Nicole, you videos are very challenging for me but gentle on my joints. I appreciate the complete way you work all sides of the body in one 30 minute session for an overall wonderful balanced postural workout. I feel very invigorated after a session you . I love your videos so much!! I typically only weight-train and would throw in one exercise a week that was either spin/yoga/or pilates. I have been using your videos faithfully for a few weeks now and you have allowed me to fall in love with pilates! I never really had endurance and strength and because I got asthma when I was exercising I never really did sports.. But your videos are really helping me to change my mindset towards working out and Pilates is actually one of the few sports that work pretty well for me even with Asthma. they actually also help me to fix my breathing-problems. Since becoming quite ill a few years ago, I've not been able to get back into the intense weight-training I used to do. I'm a martial artist and have been searching for something that challenges me but doesn't make me want to sleep for three hours afterward. I've found it! Thank you Nicole. Hi Nicole, I like so many of your workouts that it is hard to choose which ones to comment on. While I must admit that I do not love strength training, you make it as pleasant as it can possibly be. You are an excellent teacher/trainer in the way you explain what to do, your pace, your encouraging words, your lovely manner and your beautiful voice. I am extremely grateful to have found you as I am at a point in my life (in my early 60s) where I need to build more strength so I can age gracefully. You are the perfect person to lead me on this path. At times I need to modify some of the things you do, but mostly I can keep up reasonably well, which makes me happy. I appreciate you offering modifications at times as well, for those of us who are not quite as fit as you are (you are truly an inspiration of what is possible in terms of fitness!). I love the diversity that you offer with your various workouts. I also like the options for some 10-15 minute workouts for lower body, upper body, abs and glutes as it allows for a shorter workout when pressed for time as well as mixing and matching a few shorter workouts for a fuller body workout. I find the high intensity workouts a bit too much for me at this point, so I am sticking with the regular workouts that you offer, which seem like more than enough for my fitness goals. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful contribution you are making to those of us who are interested in improving our strength and fitness. It's now been 4 weeks that I'm doing your workouts at home. I've never been into sport before or when I attempted something, I often quit after a few days. But truly, Nicole, you're the best teacher ever. I struggle with some exercises but still feel so good after finishing today's class. Your voice is very smooth and it really helps me to get through it. Also I appreciate that during this moment I can just focus on myself and not think about anything else (especially negative thoughts). And I must say most of the time I don't realise that 30min are gone until you say "let's finish this class". So thank you for that 🫶🏻

And now because of the corona crisis i cant do that any more and then I found you. I dont do It for weigthloss but for the feeling of strenght suppleness and general health if gives. My third exercise with Nicole and counting. These vides are head and shoulders above other similar workout exercises in every way. Nicole - Please keep them coming, especially the longer ones. Thank you so much.
I will do this pilates workout for 30 days and update it so I can keep the motivation. Day 1 (1.9): 55.1kg, I couldn't do the last 2 plank poses and just do the child pose instead. Day 3 (3.9): 54.3kg, I could do it all and see a little tone up in my thighs. Day 5 (5.9): 53.8, the more I practice the easier it get to do. The day before I ate quite more than usual so the weight-loss result wasn't so clearly. Day 7 (7.9): 53.9kg, I was 54.4 on the 6th day because my Asian mom always has the way to make me eat her delicious food, but thanks to this exercise I didn't gain too much weights. Day 8 (8.9): 53.3kg Day 9 (9.9): 53.7kg, I gave myself a break today because of mental breakdown so I gained some weights again. Day 11 (11.9): 53.6kg, Idk why I almost didn't lose any weight, but I still feel healthy and fresh.
excellent form and GREAT cues (clear and descriptive, also love when you emphasize when to inhale and exhale as i get those mixed up sometimes) !! can't wait to try your other videos!

I'm totally new to Pilates but really enjoyed this class and another of yours I did a few days ago. Trying to mix it up with outdoor running for cardio. This is great for rediscovering muscles you'd forgotten you had :-). And you really don't need any equipment and I managed to do this in the smallest of spaces. Thank you!

My gyno suggested I start doing light yoga and palates instead of HIIT and cardio workouts while menstruating. This was a great workout and didn't make the monthly cramps worse while still making me work up a light sweat. Thanks so much Nicole!
