I worked out for about three years.. then I had a long break. My favorite trainings were dumbells and strenght training. I started with Jilliana Michaelis, then Chloé Ting, Pamela Reif as ''relaxing traning next to strenght training with weights''. Then I discovered Jordan Yeoh's training, Caroline Girvan and Growningannanas videos. I loved to traning my body, not only to feel better and healthier..but i escaped from my own thoughts and depression.. but one day it ended...I started to feel very tired after just waking up every morning, i sleep during the day and didn't eat very well.. (junk food, etc.). My life was a one big party for almost one year. I tried to continue with working out, but without success. My friend told me, that I was overtraning for a long time - I lost about 35 kilos durning the one and half year..I was happy when my scale showed me 63 kilos, I was dreaming abobut that number for a long time, I felt nice and beatiful that time... Now I want to start once again, ready to make a grade..and I want to say BIG THANK YOU, I found your channel and It changed my opinion for pilates. I enjoy every moment when I work out with you and i feel changes in my body and my mind too. Exercise doesn't seem complicated and difficult, but it can do wonders. Plus, as a bonus from strength training, I don't feel pain in my knees and joints. Thank you for helping me find the lost one again.
I love how everything is so infused and coordinated - in some of your HIIT videos some of the movements are pilates-inspired, and the same goes for your Pilates videos...your exercises are definitely one of a kind since they are so thoughtfully designed and not just there to attract views and be on the top...wish you all the best!

I'm trying to get back into healthy habits with (semi)regular exercise. Found this when looking for a video that has warm up+workout+cool down all in one. Reminding myself that it will take some practice and commitment to build strength and stamina back up. Though I wasn't quite ready for that cool down, to go from step burpees to just sitting still, I was shaking. I jumped ship to find a more dynamic cool down before coming back to a relaxing stretch at the end of the video.
Today´s workout was a challenge for my performance. Thank you. I love how your excercises challenge every aspect, mobility, endurance, strength, relaxing, reaching up to the sky.
It was so good! Balancing vs. little moves is very good. I liked it. I choose to change tipes of excercises every day to keep my body move more "creatively" so some cardio vs. HIIT pilates is very good combination I think. Thank you, Eleni.

I really love her workouts. This one wasn't too complex, still tough but I am wildly uncoordinated. Getting my arms and legs to work together is an issue. My ONLY, little, tiny bit of constructive advice is, it would be great if there was a way to jump back to the last move. I OFTEN have to go back three of four times just to get my body to do the things and move the way I'm instructed too. I'm not complaining about that part, I'm down to do it, but not having a way to just jump back to the start of the last exercise means I'm fumbling for it and it slows my heart rate down. And since I'm trying new ones all the time to keep my weight loss going I never really learn a specific routine. Probably nothing that can be done but there it is. All in all, I love these workouts and hope that someday I just might be something close to elegant. Although I doubt I'll ever come close to her grace. Lol
No worries! I have to go back, too, so I can make sure that I'm moving my body correctly. It's also hard to be elegant when I'm getting tired or I'm feeling the burn! 🤣

I usually do workouts with weights but wanted to try something new today.....This was so good! I'm surprised at how good of a burn it was! I feel so energized now!
